Our stated policy is this: Due to the prevalence of fraudulent Certificates of Authenticity from dishonest sellers, we avoid using that term. If, within a reasonable time after receiving it, you are unsatisfied, you may return it for a full refund, provided it remains unaltered and undamaged. It is not inappropriate to inquire.
